Energy Leadership Index Assessment

How do you impact coworkers in meetings?

How do you show up when you’re under a lot of stress?

What effect do you have on your teammates and reports?

What do others notice about you that you might not?

How would your life change with greater awareness of your own energy?

Why do corporations love the Energy Leadership Index Assessment?

There are two main types of assessments: Personality and Attitudinal.

Personality based assessments, such as Myers Briggs and D.I.S.C. are very valuable tools that pinpoint certain personality types so that people understand their strengths and weaknesses.   These “personality types” stay the same over time.

The Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) is different.  It is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal assessment that allows us to hold up a mirror to see our perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and leadership capabilities with new clarity. The realizations gained from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process have the ability to transform the way you view your work, your colleagues and your journey forward.

The E.L.I. is an excellent tool for organizations seeking to increase the leadership capacity of both their high potential employees and experienced leaders.

What is the Energy Leadership Index?

The E.L.I. is an attitudinal assessment.  It measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with me as your coach using the E.L.I., you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.

The E.L.I assessment provides you a baseline measurement of who you are today and can be retaken later to show growth and change in the future.

Why is this important to you?

Most of us do not reach our potential because we don’t know how to summon the right energy/attitude when we need it.  This assessment and debrief will help you identify patterns of your behavior, and become more conscious of how you capitalize on your best energy and perspective in the world of work and the world at large.

What are the next steps?

  1. Introductory call:   You sign up for a quick complimentary chat to talk to me about the assessment, what to expect, and what you hope to get out of it.  If you are interested, you pay the fee, or have your employer pay the fee for the assessment.

  2. Assessment:  I’ll send you the E.L.I. assessment which you’ll complete and submit, on your own schedule and from the privacy of your own computer.  The assessments takes only 15 minutes to complete.

  3. Analysis: Once I get your individualized evaluation report (in 2 business days), I’ll send you a summary.  You can review the results and prepare questions for our debrief

  4. Debrief:  You schedule a 90-minute debrief session with me, a certified Master Practitioner. I’ll explain the Core Energy framework, which includes seven unique levels of energy you currently have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range.

  5. Coaching:   Often times, the E.L.I. will serve as the initial launching point for the beginning of a transformative coaching experience; providing you a baseline for your current performance and situation.  If you wish, you can continue our conversation and get additional coaching on how to navigate yourself to higher performance.

Complete and submit the form below to learn more about taking the E.L.I. assessment or having it administered at your place of employment. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Cost for the assessment and debrief is $260 USD for each employee.   Additional coaching hours are available for $120, or at a discount with coaching packages.  Want some justification for your business to pay for this?   Let me know, and I will provide you with some text to email your HR department or manager.
